Terranova/AIMS DPA
Starting in spring 2004-05, students were tested using TerraNova/AIMS DPA. AIMS DPA is a statewide assessment that is both standards-based, measuring student’s knowledge against the Arizona Academic Standards, and norm-referenced, comparing student knowledge against students nationwide. Terranova was administered to all Arizona public schools in Grades 2 and 9 which is national norm-referenced assessment of three content areas: reading, language arts, and mathematics.
