AHCCCS Enrollment

Description:

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is Arizona’s Medicaid program. The total AHCCCS Enrollment includes the number of members in the AHCCCS population receiving full Medicaid benefits as well as those not eligible for full services, but who fall into different categories of eligibility that receive limited health services through AHCCCS.

The AHCCCS Acute Care Program is a statewide, managed care system which delivers acute care services through contracted health plans based on a prepaid, capitated approach.

KidsCare is healthcare insurance made available at low cost to Arizona children 18 years old or younger. Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) Enrollment offers a complete array of acute medical care services, institutional services, behavioral health services, home and community-based services (HCBS) and case management services for all eligible persons.
